Innowireless Co., Ltd., whose registered office is at 190, Seohyeon-ro, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, 13590, Republic of Korea, and its subsidiaries (“Innowireless”, "us", "we", or "our") operates the XCAL-Solo mobile application, its related information and its web page (the "Service").
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data, which means information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

- DATA DETAIL
With the Service, we run a service that gives you the ability to test and analyze network and internet connections and monitor their performance based on the generated test results. We may use the results generated by you as the basis for our research and analysis business in which we provide network performance insights to our customers in a multitude of ways and formats. The Service is currently available on iOS as the App. In addition, we license our technology to interested businesses in order for them to enable their customers to leverage our technology to perform internet performance tests.
Data we collect when you run the Service on any of your devices
- Test Data: Metrics like ping, download and upload speed, amount of data transferred, RF data, test duration etc.
- Location Data: If a device supports precise location (based on GPS, mostly the case for smartphones) and you have granted access, we record precise device location. We also record non-precise location information based on the IP address a test is run from.
- Additional Metrics: We also collect additional points that are interesting in order to measure and analyze network and internet performance.
- USE OF DATA
We may use information collected from users, for sales and marketing purposes, and compiling statistics on response handling. We may combine this information with data obtained from other sources to help us improve its overall accuracy and completeness, and to help us better tailor our interactions with users. Users may choose not to receive marketing materials by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each e-mail.
You are not obligated to provide us with your personal information in all of the cases described above. However, without your Personal Information, we may not be able to fulfill the functions described above. For example, we may not be able to send you marketing materials you may wish to receive or respond to your inquiries for information. In addition, some features of the Sites, such as Download Brochure, may not function without your Personal Information. Innowireless uses the collected data for various purposes:
- RETENTION OF DATA
We ensure that your personal information is processed for a reasonable period necessary for the purposes under this Privacy Policy. We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary in connection with the purposes under this Privacy Policy, unless applicable law requires a longer period.

We may transfer the information collected to any relevant unit within Innowireless or its affiliates, third party vendors, or our contracted service providers, located anywhere in the world. The data is transferred which secure an adequate data protection level in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and the other relevant privacy regulations. You may be entitled to access personally identifiable information held about you, subject to certain exemptions in accordance with the applicable data protection law. In addition, you may at any time review or change your personally identifiable information by going to your account settings. Upon your request via your account settings, we will deactivate or delete your account and contact information from our active databases in accordance with our deactivation policy and applicable law. Please note that we may be obligated to keep some of all of your information on our servers even after you've deleted your account.

We use reasonable electronic, personnel, and physical measures to protect information from loss, theft, alteration, or misuse. However, please be advised that even the best security measures cannot fully eliminate all risks. We cannot guarantee that only authorized persons will view your information. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures.
- CHILDREN
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children").
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
